Step 1: Job Specification
We will visit our client to understand their corporate vision, shared values, organisational culture, work requirements and obtain the detailed job specification. |

Step 2: Applicant Search
We will search, advertise and headhunt the right candidate for client. |

Step 3: Screen CV's
We will shortlist the candidate who meets the inherent requirements of the specifications. |

Step 4: Conduct Interview
We will conduct interview, perform pyschometric tests and assessments, and verify the bio-data information of the shortlisted candidates. |

Step 5: Shortlist
We will shortlist the CVs to be forwarded to client. |
||
Step 6: References and Other Checks
We will conduct reference checks and other checks if necessary. |

Step 7: Forward CVs
We will forward the shortlisted CVs to client via email. |
||
Step 8: Brief Client
We will brief client on the shortlisted candidate and submit interview report which highlights the candidate's work history and point out any other important facts. |

Step 9: Set-Up Interview
We will set-up interview on behalf of client and we will also brief candidate on client and interview process. |
||
Step 10: Follow Up
We will follow up after the interview and give feedback to both candidate and client. |
||
Step 11: Regrets
We will advise unsuccessful candidates accordingly. |
||
Step 12: Offers
We will make offer on behalf of client and negotiate the remuneration package with candidate if necessary. |
||
Step 13: Documentation
We will ensure that candidate receive letter of offer and also ensure that the signed letter is returned to client. |
||
Step 14: Invoice
We will send invoice to client for the successful placement of the candidate. |
||
Step 15: Progress Report
We will follow up with client and candidate on a regular basis to ensure all is going well. |
