CandidateAsia provides career counselling and mentoring through specialist expertise with knowledge not available to candidates. We offer questionnaires and assessments to help them make decisions about their career and future developments. Besides providing advice on resume preparation, interview skills and techniques, we also administer psychometric tests and assessments to candidates applying for jobs, and then to interpret and provide feedback on the results. These greatly improve the recruitment and selection process for our corporate clienteles and minimise the risk of mismatch.
